Collins McNicholas is currently seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join their dynamic team in a heavy industrial and logistics-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational delivery, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritising effectively. They will also analyse data and performance metrics to inform decision-making, supporting and influencing financial & commercial operations, including exposure to P&L. Additionally, they will drive and embed change initiatives across the business, continuously enhancing documentation and process management systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to operational excellence. They will be energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic with a modern leadership approach, possessing strong people management skills and a passion for developing teams. The successful candidate will also be resilient and agile, thriving in dynamic and changing environments.
Requirements
