Key Job Responsibilities:
This role involves developing and refining recipes for restaurants and retail products. You will work closely with the food development team to create dishes that meet our brand's principles, quality standards, and operational requirements.
You will be responsible for turning creative briefs into consistently delicious, scalable, and commercially viable products - from initial ideation through testing, refinement, and handover for launch.
* Developing recipes that are both creative and commercially sound
* Testing, scaling, and documenting recipes accurately
* Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure every product meets margin targets
