We are seeking an experienced Hospital Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in hospital kitchen settings, with excellent English language skills and the ability to adapt to new environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the day, including washing up, general cleaning of the kitchen, and assisting chefs with daily tasks. They will also be required to ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and tidy at all times.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least five years' experience working in a similar environment or come from a high-volume catering background. You should also possess valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions. Additionally, flexibilitywith regard to working hoursis essential.
A key responsibility for this role is stock control; effectively managing inventory levels while adhering strictlyto HACCP procedures.
