European Sales Operations Manager
Trend Micro, a global cybersecurity leader, seeks a strategic and analytical professional to drive business planning and revenue forecasting for the European market. This role requires a strong understanding of sales operations, data analysis, and process optimization to enhance sales performance and support sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, metrics, and analytics or a similar role. They should possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision-making, organizational, time management, collaboration, and communication skills. A deep understanding of business planning and forecasting is essential, along with the ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Planning:
* Manage the development and implementation of comprehensive business plans to support the sales strategy and achieve revenue targets across European markets.
* Revenue Forecasting:
* Lead the revenue forecasting process, utilizing our CRM and analytical tools & methodologies to predict quarterly sales performance.
* Sales Analytics and Reporting:
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics and performance indicators.
* Process Optimization:
* Evaluate and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaboration and Communication:
* Work closely with sales leaders, customer success, marketing, finance, HR, technical support, and other teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in sales operations, metrics, and analytics or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of business planning and forecasting.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision-making, organizational, time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
* Detailed yet Strategic: Able to dig into the details and at the same time keep focused on the bigger picture and the overall business strategy.
* Business Acumen: Understand why decisions are made. Ability to analyse requirements and come to conclusion that best meets business needs.
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handling multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
