Chef De Partie – Dublin City
We're hiring a Chef de Partie for one of our long-standing clients a proudly Irish-owned and Irish-run business for their Dublin City location. This is a proper hands-on role for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes real pride in their section, and actually enjoys service .
What's on offer:
1. 40-45 hrs a week
2. €35k – €40k DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
4. Running your section smoothly during busy services
5. Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
6. Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
7. Maintaining HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
8. Training and guiding junior kitchen staff when needed
9. Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
10. Bringing energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude to every shift
