Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced project leader to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive the success of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and mixed-use property developments, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

* To establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and other key partners.
* To develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
* To monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the project's success.
* To ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.


Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience in a similar role.
* A qualification at level 8 in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management or architecture.
* Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
* A full class B driver's licence and access to own car.
