Front Desk Coordinator
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk. This includes providing excellent guest satisfaction, responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, and processing hotel charges.
* You will supervise front desk operations to ensure optimal service and hospitality.
* You will answer inquiries from potential guests and accept hotel reservations.
* You will utilize suggestive selling techniques to increase revenue.
* You will train and direct the work of front desk team members.
* You will resolve customer issues efficiently.
* You will allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking guest preferences.
* You will build strong relationships with other departments.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is essential.
* Experience with HotSoft or Similar systems is preferred.
