Executive Director and Chief Negotiator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our next phase of rights protection and expansion for film and television directors working in Ireland.
* Serve as the Guild's chief negotiator, leading complex collective bargaining, enforcing and extending directors' contractual and statutory rights, representing the Guild in high-level negotiations with producers, broadcasters, global streaming platforms, government agencies.
The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining close partnership with the Chair. This role requires strategic judgement political acuity exceptional negotiation expertise applied in direct service of SDGI membership..
