Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver holistic, play-based early years education to support children's emotional, social, physical and cognitive development
2. Evaluate and implement curriculum and activities that align with Aistear and Siolta standards for centre success
3. Maintain engaging care records that enable colleagues and families to track each child's progress
4. Demonstrate empathy towards every child’s needs
