Through our industry-leading, on-demand production model, we support a smarter, more future-ready fashion industry that adapts to the changing needs of our customers.Learn more about SHEIN by following us at and Position SummaryWe are seeking a Procurement & Office Operations Specialist to manage operational procurement across EMEA (approximately 70% of the role) while supporting office administration, asset coordination, and office operations for our Dublin office (approximately 30%).This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with senior management to ensure efficient purchasing, budget tracking, asset management, and smooth office operations.ResponsibilitiesPROCUREMENT (≈70%)• Manage day-to-day procurement for goods and services across EMEA, including end-user equipment, office furniture, supplies, pantry/snacks, and facilities services.• Run RFQs, compare quotes, and assist with supplier selection and onboarding.• Raise purchase orders and ensure alignment with internal approval and budget processes.• Maintain supplier records, contracts, pricing agreements, and renewal trackers.• Act as first point of contact for procurement requests from EMEA offices.• Track procurement spend and support reporting.• Support larger sourcing activities in partnership with senior stakeholders.OFFICE OPERATIONS, BUDGET & ASSET SUPPORT (≈30%)• Act as the local office operations contact for the Dublin office.• Work with Senior Manager on budget tracking, cost monitoring, and spending summaries.• Assist with local office events including vendor sourcing and logistics.• Support asset management including equipment tracking and handover.• Coordinate facilities and office services.• Support onboarding logistics.RequirementsESSENTIAL• 3–5 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, operations, or office support.• Experience sourcing indirect goods and services.• Comfortable working with budgets and trackers.• Strong organisational and communication skills.• Proficient in Excel and standard business tools.DESIRABLE• Exposure to asset management or inventory tracking.• Experience supporting office events.• Experience supporting multiple locations.• Procurement qualification (CIPS or equivalent) is a plus.SHEIN is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workplace environment.
