The Role: As the lead recruiter for EMEA, you will: Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical and corporate roles. Proactively source and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels. Build and maintain pipelines to meet current and future business needs. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to advise on best hiring practices. Lead offer management, negotiations, and smooth onboarding handovers. Ensure all processes are compliant with local employment regulations. Contribute to employer branding efforts in the European market. About You: 5+ years' recruitment experience, with strong exposure to tech hiring. Track record of filling roles across multiple European markets. Strong sourcing skills with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Able to balance both technical and non-technical hiring. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
