Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to deliver sales growth across Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial Business. Working closely with the Branch Manager and Sales Development Coordinator, you will be results-driven and responsible for:
* Driving individual sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling and cross-selling of Personal Lines/Commercial/Agri business.
* Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and escalating unresolved/technical issues to relevant personnel.
* Ensuring adherence to company procedures and systems.
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of commercial product ranges and compliance requirements, completing relevant industry qualifications and professional development hours as necessary.
Developing strong working relationships with the local Financial Advisor, enhancing overall service delivery to customers.
Participating in account management initiatives for Commercial and Agri business.
