Our client, a reputable and growing property developer specializing in medium-sized residential and commercial developments, is seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Lead and motivate a team of site operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
Oversee quality control and ensure work is delivered to agreed specifications.
Manage materials procurement and site logistics.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably with residential or mixed-use development projects.
A strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
