Join our Team as a Healthcare Assistant in the Co.Kildare As a Care Assistant you will be responsible for providing essential support to individuals who require assistance with their activities of daily living such as personal care, meal prep, medication prompts.
Please note that this role is often referred to by alternative titles ~ Carer, Home Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant and Home Support Worker

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITEIS
* To complete the Activities of Daily Living tasks outlined in the Client Care Plan
* To work at all times within the Policies and Procedures of Affinity Plus Home Support LTD
* To communicate regularly with Office Staff
* To complete documentation such as Client Activity Logs
* To participate in Staff Training and Supervision checks as required
* To comply with Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.00-€16.25 per hour
