We’re partnering with an ambitious, fast‑scaling tech startup to hire an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the financial operations of a dynamic business in a high‑growth phase.
The Role
As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the finance function, working closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. You’ll be hands‑on across all areas of finance while also leading and developing a small team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all day‑to‑day finance operations
Review and analyse monthly financials, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Manage, mentor, and develop a growing finance team
Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and business performance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the finance function
Requirements
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Finance Manager within a high‑growth tech startup or similar environment
Proven experience operating in a fast‑paced, scaling business
Strong commercial acumen and hands‑on approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Important: Candidates coming exclusively from large multinational organisations will not be considered. Experience in a startup or high‑growth environment is essential.

Salary & Benefits
€80,000 – €90,000 salary (depending on experience)
Flexible working hours (core hours: 10:00 – 16:00)
