Change Management Professional
A seasoned change management professional is required to drive organizational transformation initiatives and develop a comprehensive methodology.
This role will collaborate closely with the Organizational Development Lead to establish and enhance change management tools and frameworks, deploy them across departments, and provide guidance on best practices.
* Design and refine a change management methodology tailored to the organization's needs.
* Develop and integrate change management tools and frameworks.
* Ensure effective deployment of change management tools across departments.
* Provide guidance on best practices for tool usage and continuous improvement.
* Develop and deliver training programs to build internal capacity for change management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
* Certification in Change Management is highly desirable.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing change management methodologies and tools.
* Strong background in Organizational Development and Change Management practices.
* Exceptional facilitation and training skills, with experience in training programs.
* Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a Community of Practice.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
