Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Project Manager responsible for the successful delivery of professional service engagements for our SMB and commercial Customers. The Project Manager will manage internal and external resources to successfully deliver service engagements on time and on budget. This role involves independent work, owning and developing multiple accounts, and partnering with teams such as Professional Services Consultants, Delivery, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to onboard and grow clients.Successful Project Managers have a consultative mindset, quickly understand Procore’s Technology and industry needs, and apply best practices for each client. Responsibilities include planning services, developing roll-out strategies, managing resources, and executing project plans to meet scope and objectives.This role emphasizes leadership in Industry, Technology, and Change Management, aligned with Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership. Travel up to 10% may be required for client onsite meetings and company events.This position reports to the Manager of Project Management Services, EMEA, based in Dublin, and we seek an immediate hire.What you’ll do:Collaborate with clients to develop service strategies focusing on business outcomes, including workshops, project planning, resource management, risk tracking, change management, and executive relationship building.Manage project budgets and margins.Coordinate with stakeholders across technical and customer success teams to define responsibilities and deadlines.Develop and implement standardized processes and templates for efficiency.Create and oversee custom project plans ensuring timely delivery of services and outcomes.Stay informed on customer needs, industry trends, and competitors to foster trust and strong relationships.Provide excellent service and support to customer segments through proactive communication.Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Customer Success teams to scope services, develop milestones, and ensure client success.Maintain working knowledge of Procore’s products, services, technologies, and best practices.What we’re looking for:Minimum 2+ years experience in service delivery or implementation management.Experience with project scheduling, resource forecasting, budgeting, risk management, change management, and SOP development.Experience servicing large, complex organizations with web and mobile applications for documentation or project management.Preferred experience in construction, financial SaaS, or Organizational Change Management consulting.Innovative, persuasive, curious about client businesses, results-driven, optimistic, proactive, adaptable.Proven success in managing projects, SOWs, onboarding, and training large clients.Strong empathy and passion for project management and organization.Note: This role does not involve direct sales activities; it focuses on client support and project delivery.Additional InformationBase salary range €38,913 - €53,505 plus commission, with estimated on-target earnings of €45,780 - €62,948.
