We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Engineer to support and enhance a complex business systems environment across integrations, operational IT services, and digital platform initiatives.This role will focus on maintaining internally developed integrations, troubleshooting cross-platform issues, coordinating third-party providers, and supporting key projects including ecommerce deployments, PIM rollout, EDI integrations, reporting workflows, and automation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain PHP/MySQL/Linux-based integrations and automation workflowsTroubleshoot technical issues across Microsoft 365, email, identity, APIs, and business platformsMonitor and maintain scheduled jobs, scripts, and data flowsCoordinate vendor escalations and validate technical resolutionsSupport ecommerce, PIM, EDI, and reporting platform initiativesAssist Finance, suppliers, and operational teams with system-related queriesMaintain technical documentation and improve operational continuityRequired Experience5+ years in systems support, infrastructure, or integration-focused IT rolesStrong troubleshooting experience across multiple platforms and vendorsExperience with Microsoft 365 environmentsExposure to APIs, automation workflows, and structured data exchangeComfortable working independently in partially documented environmentsTechnical SkillsPHP application supportMySQL querying and troubleshootingREST APIs, JSON/XMLDNS, email routing, and identity troubleshooting
