As we scale our operations, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Support Process Development, Validation and Scaling
Develop and optimise manufacturing processes and specifications.
Develop, coordinate, and implement manufacturing training and support Product Builder training on processes & Work Instructions.
Production line set-ups, equipment operation and maintenance, including preventative maintenance.
Use structured problem solving to drive yield improvements and product manufacturability.
Generate, update and maintain technical documentation in accordance with Quality System requirements.
Assist with design verification builds and testing.
Support process validation execution and testing.
Equipment Optimisation and Maintenance
Support equipment and tooling design procurement, installation and validation.
Assist with scheduling of preventative maintenance and calibration.
Promote GDP adherence.
Maintain equipment, work areas and facilities to ensure a clean and safe work environment and compliance to GMP.
Carry out other tasks as requested.
Customer Collaboration
Work closely with customers to diagnose manufacturing issues, develop robust solutions, and secure timely approval for process improvements.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Minimum Level 6 qualification in engineering or a closely related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years working as a Technician in medical devices.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel etc.
Desirable
Experience and skill in catheter shaft technology including braiding, coiling, laser cut steel, reflow, lamination, welding, and general catheter assembly.
Working knowledge of SolidWorks is desirable.
Previous customer interaction experience is an advantage.
