The Production Operator will be responsible for: Safely operating, cleaning, and handing over production processes and equipment.
Producing the company's product range to the correct quality specifications.
Following GMP, HSEQ, and all operational standards and procedures.
Managing stock and stock-related activities within their assigned area.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES The Production Operator will: Follow all applicable company policies and procedures required for successful job performance.
Comply with the Quality & Food Safety Management System Policy.
Meet all requirements of the Integrated Management System (ISO ****:**** and FSSC ***** Scheme).
Cooperate with internal and external auditors.
Recommend and support continual improvement initiatives.
Comply with company Health & Safety procedures.
Cooperate with company Health & Safety initiatives and complete required training.
Undertake any other relevant tasks as required by management.
Operational Responsibilities: Organise and execute all Production activities.
Apply GMP and HSEQ best practices.
Follow all applicable production procedures.
Propose changes to improve or optimise area performance.
Operate, clean, and organise all assigned equipment and areas.
Identify and report problems; create maintenance notifications where possible.
Suggest improvements in work processes or area layout.
Ensure all equipment is verified and calibrated before use.
Take and record samples for intermediates, final products, and in-process checks.
Perform basic maintenance operations when required.
Documentation & Compliance: Accurately complete all relevant production documentation (e.g. batch records, production logs).
Assist in reviewing and updating documentation (process sheets, procedures, etc.).
Adhere to HACCP and ISO ****:**** Food Safety Policies and Procedures.
Teamwork & Training: Participate in training new Operators in Production, GMP, and HSEQ.
Support the integration of staff transferring from other areas.
Complete self-evaluations and assist in evaluating team members.
Safety, Sanitation, and Housekeeping: Follow all site health and safety regulations and use PPE correctly.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Follow housekeeping (5S) standards and maintain dedicated areas.
Ensure the security of warehouse and production areas.
Carry out health and safety duties as required.
