We're looking for a technically curious, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager, Subscription & Lifecycle to own the foundational experiences that define how customers activate, manage, and grow their relationship with Muck Rack. This role focuses on subscription lifecycle workflows including activation, onboarding, provisioning, entitlements, access changes, and ongoing maintenance that enable product-led growth while supporting sales-assisted expansion.This is an end-user product role with deep platform adjacency.
