Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to reach their full potential, creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture
- Deliver regular training and feedback sessions to support development and build strong succession
- Create an energetic and engaged team environment that reflects brand values
- Drive store sales by analysing performance reports and implementing action plans
- React to sales trends by adjusting visual merchandising, product placement, and team focus
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, celebrating wins and identifying areas for improvement
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every team member upholds high standards
Operations & Stock Management
- Oversee all daily operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across opening/closing, rotas, and compliance
- Manage stock control, deliveries, and inventory processes, including stocktakes and loss prevention
- Monitor sales and stock reports to optimise replenishment and identify commercial opportunities
- Ensure store standards reflect premium brand expectations at all times
What We're Looking For
- Proven strong retail management experience (delivering strong customer service,a product knowledge focused store and evidence of leading and guiding a strong team )
- A genuine leader who can inspire, coach, and develop their team
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Operationally confident – experience with stock management, reporting, ordering, and compliance
- A hands-on manager who thrives in a busy retail setting and leads from the front
- Warm, approachable, and people-focused
- Energetic, engaging, and self-motivated
- Passionate about customer experience and product storytelling
- Organised, reliable, and driven by results
- A strong communicator with natural leadership presence
