Job Title: Leadership in Community Care
Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Team Leader to manage our community-based service, focusing on the needs and abilities of adults with intellectual disabilities. The goal is to support individuals to achieve a full and valued life in their community.
The Role: As a Team Leader, you will provide leadership and supervision to ensure person-centred service delivery, ensuring that each person's life reflects the organisation's core values and personal outcome measures. You will work closely with individuals and their families to plan services, fostering valued social roles and friendships.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the service daily, provide leadership and supervision, implement person-centred service delivery, and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Requirements: Registered Nurse (RNID/RNMH) or BA in Applied Social Studies (Disability)/Social Care, minimum 3 years' experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, staff supervision skills, and knowledge of relevant policy and legislation.
