Senior HRIS Analyst
As Senior HRIS Analyst, you will provide Workday technical support, configuration and security maintenance while partnering with regional teams (Compensation, Talent Acquisition & HR Business) for HCM maintenance and optimal system functionality. You will operate in a fast‑paced, globally diverse environment, navigating change, meeting deadlines, learning new technologies, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of requirements and functionalities. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs and delivering a world‑class user experience, with an emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement.
Your Role
* Support the use of Workday including HCM Workflows, Self Service, Compensation, Security, Talent Management, Absence, Recruiting, and Reporting & Analytics.
* Partner with senior leadership teams in Compensation, Talent Acquisition and HR Business to lead agile development of design requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Implement configuration changes using control methodology.
* Assess impact of functional configuration changes on business processes, other system values, and integrations.
* Complete system and user acceptance testing.
* Create and maintain various plan types and evaluate relationships between plans, eligibility rules, business process definitions, and integrations.
* Configure business process definitions, tenant‑level settings and security roles.
* Troubleshoot workflow issues and conduct root‑cause analysis.
* Develop system expertise to support complex and new functionality.
* Perform mass uploads for complex Workday events.
* Conduct root‑cause analysis and resolution of system issues.
* Identify change‑management needs, design training tools, and produce job aids.
Your Background
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
* 3+ years' experience in IT, Human Resources, or a related environment.
* Workday configuration experience required; strong understanding of system design, structure, and administration; workflow and UI design.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
* Experience working in a global organization.
* Experience using ServiceNow IT service management tool for customer support.
* Knowledge of system integrations ensuring proper HRIS data flow to other systems.
* Ability to design custom reports.
