The Senior Director will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and support to the organization's service lines. This pivotal role will deliver objective financial insights that shape strategy, drive business growth, and support the organization's success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with business leaders to drive complex functional partnership across multiple service lines and operating in 60+ countries.
2. Provide strategic analysis, interpretation, and advice to senior leadership teams on large-scale business decisions.
3. Partnering with business leaders to shape business strategy that drives both short-term results and long-term growth.
4. Contribute to financial and business strategy in global and regional contexts, driving the success of the business unit.
5. Deliver key reports, including Quarterly Business Reviews and Budgets, to senior management.
6. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, enabling the organization to meet growth projections.
7. Apply commercial awareness to anticipate and address operational and management needs.
Requirements
A qualified accountant with a minimum of 10+ years in financial analysis, planning, and business partnering is required. Proven experience managing functional areas, service lines, and teams is also necessary.
