* Support the Tax Partner in developing and implementing the firm’s tax strategy.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships to become a trusted point of contact.
* Guide, mentor and support team members, helping them to grow both technically and professionally.
* Contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s tax offering, identifying opportunities and supporting business development.
* Work collaboratively across departments to deliver integrated client solutions.
* Represent O’Neill Foley in professional and business forums as appropriate.

* Strong knowledge across a range of tax heads with the ability to apply expertise to varied client situations.
* A collaborative approach to leadership with proven ability to develop and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
* Commercial awareness and sound judgement.
* High personal standards of integrity and professionalism.
What We Offer
* The opportunity to join a dynamic, expanding team in a firm recognised for its integrity and quality.
* A leadership role where you will have visibility, influence and the scope to shape how the tax function evolves.
* A culture that values ideas, initiative and collaboration.
* Long-term career potential with clear progression opportunities.
* A welcoming office environment in Kilkenny, with flexibility by agreement.
