Are you ready to join a trailblazing biotech that's on the cutting edge of science and technology? Our client is recruiting a dedicated Warehouse Operator in a regulated pharmaceutical warehouse environment. This is an on-site position, Monday to Friday from 8:30-16:30.
Hobson Prior is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support day-to-day activities in a regulated pharmaceutical warehouse. You will ensure compliance with industry standards, maintain accurate inventory records, and facilitate the smooth flow of materials to manufacturing operations. This position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities
* Receive, label, and store goods following established procedures.
* Prepare materials for manufacturing and ensure timely delivery based on schedules.
* Verify and document inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
* Maintain proper segregation of materials based on safety and quality requirements.
* Perform regular cleaning and housekeeping to keep the warehouse in a compliant state.
* Support troubleshooting and process improvements for warehouse operations.
* Participate in training and stay updated on relevant technical developments.
* Assist with supply chain activities, including scheduling, purchasing, and material assessments.
* Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation standards.
Key Skills and Requirements
* Experience in warehouse or supply chain operations, within a pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment.
* Familiarity with GMP, data integrity, and good documentation practices.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems like SAP).
* Understanding of health and safety regulations related to warehouse functions.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Knowledge of logistics, including cold chain supply and incoterms, is a plus.
