Our client is a growing financial services provider supporting investment managers and institutional clients across a range of fund structures. They specialise in delivering fund administration, investor servicing, and operational support to help clients meet regulatory requirements and achieve operational efficiency.
They are seeking an experienced Transfer Agency Manager to oversee operational and investor servicing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of investor transactions, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting internal process improvements. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management, client interaction, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day investor servicing activities including account opening, investor onboarding, transaction processing, and payments.
* Ensure operational processes are completed within agreed deadlines and meet service quality standards.
* Oversee reconciliations and reporting activities, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
* Supervise, mentor, and develop team members, conducting regular feedback sessions and performance reviews.
* Act as a point of contact for clients, investors, and internal departments, resolving queries effectively.
* Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and regulatory obligations.
* Contribute to system improvements, workflow enhancements, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
* Prepare and deliver reports for clients, senior management, and regulatory stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
* Relevant university degree (Finance, Business, Accounting, or related discipline).
* Min 3+ years' experience in operations, transfer agency, investor services, or fund administration, with prior supervisory/management exposure.
* Strong understanding of investor servicing processes and related regulatory frameworks (AML, FATCA, CRS an advantage).
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Comfortable working on system/process improvements and adapting to change.
