Senior Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Galway office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment on diverse public and private projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects as a client-facing Project Manager, ensuring successful delivery.
* Contribute to innovative and high-quality engineering solutions.
* The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, willing to take responsibility and comfortable working as part of a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Management / Leadership:
* Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.
* Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
* Financial management of project delivery.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results on time.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and graduates.
* Preparation of project reports (Planning, Tender, Construction Stage).
Business Development & Client Engagement:
* Support business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and tender documentation.
* Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
