Overview:
As an Office Administrator at DPD, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative operations within the depot or office.
You act as the central point of contact for staff, management, and external partners, supporting the daily business functions that keep parcel operations running efficiently.
Your weekly hours would be 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday however, you may need to occasionally work Saturday mornings.
Administrative Support
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring administrative processes are efficient and compliant with DPD policies.
Handle correspondence via email, phone, and post, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Customer and Client Liaison
Provide frontline support for customer inquiries related to parcel tracking, delivery issues, or service updates.
Liaise with customer service teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Operational Support
Provide administrative assistance to depot and operations managers to support logistics performance and targets.
Help monitor delivery schedules, driver paperwork, and system entries (e.g., scanning, manifest data).
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the depot.
