Manufacturing Professional

Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as technical leader in manufacturing, fostering efficiency, eliminating waste and supporting operators.
* Collaborate directly with customers on product development and complaint resolution.
* Participate in cross-functional initiatives to introduce and validate new technologies, processes and equipment.
* Support the transfer and scale-up of new products ensuring proper documentation, training and process readiness.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Polymer, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
* At least 3 years experience in manufacturing or process engineering preferably in a medical device or regulated environment.
* Demonstrated background in continuous improvement, waste elimination, structured problem solving and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Maintain full compliance with regulatory standards, quality management systems and site safety protocols. Develop technical capability across the team through training and mentorship.
