This is a hands-on sales leadership role where you'll focus on driving new business, building client relationships, and leading a high-performing team .
What you'll do:
Drive sales growth across Personal, Commercial, and Agri lines Lead by example —you'll spend time in front of clients, identifying new business opportunities, converting leads, and nurturing relationships Coach, guide, and support your team to achieve and exceed targets Build a local network and actively engage in business development Deliver exceptional service to existing customers and ensure strong retention Help shape the success of the branch, with ownership of sales performance, customer experience, and local marketing What you'll get:

You're CIP-qualified (essential) You have strong sales and relationship management experience, ideally in insurance or financial services You have Commercial and Personal insurance experience from insurer or broker.
You're comfortable prospecting, meeting clients, and growing business pipelines You're results-driven and thrive on meeting targets You've had some experience coaching or mentoring others—even informally You're looking for a step up into leadership while staying close to the sales action You're a confident communicator, highly organised, and commercially sharp Full clean driver's licence required If you're ready for a role where sales meets leadership, and you're passionate about driving local growth and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
