Job Description:
As an Assistant Area Manager, you will play a vital role in the planning, development, and implementation of high-quality person-centered rehabilitative and vocational training programs within your designated area.
This is achieved through a combination of in-centre programs, in-company training with local industry/enterprises, and blended learning methods. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
The responsibilities of this role include assisting in the overall management of the training and development of all service users, providing support in day-to-day management and administration of human resources, and managing the progress of each service user through the recruitment, assessment, induction, and IAPIPP process.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing all training programs, advising on the revision and updating of programs in accordance with quality standards and certification requirements.
