* Enthusiastic Athletic Therapist/Physiotherapist/Neuromuscular Therapist required for busy growing clinic.
* Must have excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
* An interest in or a knowledge of rehab and exercise principles is required - full training will be provided but we are a rehabilitation clinic that focuses on our expertise in this area.
* Compulsory completion of our 12 week on-boarding programme required.
* Continuous learning and development is expected within our Clinic - both internally and externally.
* Dry needling preferred but not essential
* Must be team player, but capable of working on own initiative and confident in holding clients accountable.
* Honesty, integrity and willingness to learn and develop a must.
* Excellent hands on skills required but does not make up the focus of our work.
* Coaching skills/group classes beneficial but not essential. An interest in coaching or developing in this are would be beneficial.
* Excellent record keeping required.
* We treat all acute and chronic injuries, working with Athletes and active people only.
* We don't rush through 30 minute appointment slots, we take time to assess, get to know and make a strategic plan with all our Clients.
This is a part time position, with the view of growing into full time for the right candidate. We have a modern and person centred approach, with a focus on human biomechanics, client education and high level rehab. We look at the bigger picture, rather than just treating symptoms by using our step by step approach.
We are looking for someone who is confident in their abilities but also able to ask for guidance if required. We don 't tolerate ego's and we operate on a genuine team basis, supporting and learning from each other.
