We're partnering with an innovative and fast-growing energy/ infrastructure company in Dublin, to hire a Commercial Finance Manager.This is a newly created role due to continued expansion and increased activity across Ireland and Europe. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical finance capabilities, commercial awareness, and a 'roll up your sleeves' mindset suited to a dynamic, early-stage environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Core Accounting & Finance OperationsSupport the CFO, overseeing day-to-day finance including invoicing, AP/AR, bank reconciliations and month-end closeSupport preparation of management accounts, statutory reporting, and auditsLiaise with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance3. Financial Modelling & Commercial SupportBuild, review and update financial models for new site acquisitions and investment opportunitiesPresent and explain models to internal and external stakeholders – clarity and commercial reasoning is keySupport the wider team in feasibility analysis, pricing, and project evaluation3.
