Fast Food Manager – Limerick
Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Food Manager to join our client's team in Limerick.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a strong understanding of fast food operations, and the ability to lead a team to success.
Salary: €40k
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the fast food outlet, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
2. Training and supervising staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures
3. Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
4. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations
5. Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
6. Managing budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the outlet
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a similar role within the fast food or retail industry
8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Knowledge of health and safety regulations
11. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
