We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Corporate Finance Analyst.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping clients drive business change and address pressing compliance, regulatory, and operational challenges. This includes analyzing and evaluating financial statements, developing and executing financial models, and translating complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and evaluate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Develop and execute financial models to support client decision-making, including valuation, pro-forma modeling, and discounted cash flow analysis.
* Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of key findings and recommendations.
* Support financial capital forecasting and short-term cash flow planning to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
* Prepare and interpret financial reports and client-ready presentation materials to facilitate informed decision-making.
* Assess operational efficiency and overhead cost structures to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement financial strategies and process improvements, driving business growth and profitability.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity, with a strong track record of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise.
* Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills, with proficiency in financial forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong initiative and ability to work independently on project components, with a team-oriented mindset and accountability.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
