Data Scientist, GenAI
AIG is looking for a data scientist with extensive hands on experience in Generative AI to join an applied data science team operating in an agile, production oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and successfully deliver data science and generative AI solutions in accordance with business requirements.
Monitor solutions in production.
Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising product managers, engineers and business leaders.
Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLM efficacy, ground truth dataset quality, and guide product development roadmap.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a traditional data science role, preferably in NLP, working in an agile production oriented environment.
2+ years of experience building Generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG framework design, validation pipelines, observability and monitoring solutions.
Preference for candidates with work experience on the Palantir platform or who can demonstrate certification.
Ability to work in a fast paced, high stakes environment.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within and across teams.
Highly technical and hands on team member.
