Job Title: Head Of Service Assurance
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take ownership of our Runtime IT infrastructure—ensuring it is scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective.
You will be accountable for driving service reliability and performance through robust change and release management, while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and competency development across the Technology team.
This role requires strategic leadership skills, operational excellence, vendor & stakeholder management, people development, and decision-making & accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Allocate, mentor, coach, and line manage dedicated Service Assurance resources to deliver prioritized solutions and achieve their career aspirations.
* Manage outsourced service operations relationships and delivery to ensure excellence.
* Consolidate, right-size, capacity plan, and migrate Production services to current and future architectures; develop outsourcing relationships for optimal performance.
* Collaborate with senior Technology Leadership to deliver solutions supporting their objectives.
* Build strong vendor and stakeholder relationships, maintain effective communication, and escalate issues promptly.
* Ensure adherence to SLAs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
* Stay updated on technology trends and developments.
* Manage initiatives within resourcing and schedule constraints to support organizational priorities.
Requirements:
* 10+ years in IT infrastructure, service assurance, or operations leadership roles.
* A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is typically expected.
* Proven experience managing outsourced service operations and vendor relationships.
* Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, including mentoring and line management responsibilities.
* Strong understanding of ITIL/ITOM frameworks, ISO standards, and service desk operations.
* Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops, runtime IT, and cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
