Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Events Administrator role located in Carrickmacross. The Events Administrator will be responsible for managing event logistics, coordinating with clients and vendors, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth execution of events. Tasks include assisting with event planning, maintaining schedules, preparing event materials, and providing administrative support to the events team. The individual will play a key role in delivering memorable experiences for clients and guests.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, guests, and team members
Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to oversee and coordinate all aspects of events
Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and organizational support
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in event management software and office tools is a plus
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong professional relationships
A degree or relevant experience in hospitality, event management, or related fields is preferred but not required
