The Role:
- Advising clients on real estate acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- Drafting and negotiating property and construction contracts.
- Supporting clients in planning, financing, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Handling litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate and construction projects.
- Collaborating with internal teams across the firm's international offices.
The Person:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in real estate and/or construction law.
- Strong experience in commercial property transactions, development, and construction law.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-calibre legal environment.
- Excellent client management, negotiation, and drafting skills.
