Leadership Role - Country Manager
Grand Circle Corporation is seeking an exceptional leader to oversee regional operations and drive excellence in staff management, program development, and vendor relationships. This country manager will be responsible for:
* Managing day-to-day operations, including driving the effectiveness of regional staff to develop new programs and achieve quality goals.
* Driving the hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing of tour guides for products.
* Creating a strong team of high-performing tour guides who exemplify the company's culture, values, and team spirit.
* Building strong relationships with vendors and supporting buying and profitability goals in the region.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, deep knowledge of the UK and Ireland, and fluency in written and spoken English. They should also have experience managing offices of an international tour and travel company, strong negotiation skills, and ability to implement the company's performance-driven strategy with a strong focus on excellence.
