* The primary function of the Insurance Advisor is to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales and business retention.
* Provision of a high standard of service to existing and new customers, ensuring a great experience.
* Delivery on agreed targets for new business and retention through selling and retention skills.
* Execution of policy amendments in an efficient manner, ensuring all aspects of our service provision meet customer expectations.
* Optimising opportunities for cross-selling to generate referrals and engage with customers to maximise business growth.
* Handling a requisite volume of calls efficiently, ensuring call answering objectives are achieved for both the customer and organisation.
* Working closely with team colleagues to achieve overall targets set.
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
* A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification is required.
* A customer-focused approach is essential.
* Excellent communication & organisational skills are necessary.
* Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
* A positive outlook and proactive approach are desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
