Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* QFA qualification required.
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in mortgage advisory, lending, or related finance sectors.
* Strong knowledge of the Irish mortgage market and lender standards.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
