Job Title
The Team Lead will be responsible for providing care and support to residents with an intellectual disability, acquired brain injury or autism.

* This is a leadership position that requires strong communication skills and experience of managing a team.
* The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional quality person-centered care in a home-like environment.
Main Responsibilities
1. To assist persons with disabilities through residential, training and day service activities to achieve their highest level of functioning and maintain independence.
2. To supervise other staff under their direction while ensuring that they are trained at the highest standard so that we can achieve the best outcome for our residents.
