Job Description:
* Manage and record goods deliveries.
* Record of R&B costs into the General Ledger System.
* Adhere to all cost control procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Update costings.
* Perform R&B revenue and cost audits.
* Review purchasing procedures for all R&B items.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Individuals who are passionate about hospitality.
* Previous experience in hotels is preferred but not mandatory.
* Understanding of basic accounting functions.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Ability to analyse P&L statements and apply timeliness and accuracy in recording and reporting.
