A Non Profit organisation based in Dublin is looking for an experiencedFinancial Transformation Project Managerto join their Finance team. This is a specific purpose contract to play an integral part of the Digital Transformation project. Previous system implementation and project experience is essential. The person can be based from anywhere in Ireland.This is aRemote rolebut will require infrequent onsite visits to the office based in South Dublin.The organisation is looking for an Accountant with extensive project and systems experience to implement the project with guidance from the Finance Manager & Head of Finance. Reporting to the Head of Finance and Management Services, you will assist the finance team on the Digital Transformation project - working closely with the providers in the design, configuration, testing & live implementation of the system.This role is a 12 month contract that is fully remote (35 hours per week).Responsibilities:Implement new Chart of Accounts & reporting structure in the new systemManage the logistics of migrating data from existing structureWork with other departments to implement the new reporting structure in all applications across the organisationEnsure the statutory reporting requirements are met for year endEnsure reporting on the new system meets the reporting criteria required by external stakeholdersPlan and execute the migration of the financial data from legacy systemsEnsure data integrity and accuracyDevelop test cases and perform,system testingTroubleshoot and resolve issuesTrain end users and create documentation and process manualsInput to the design and implementation of the general ledger function such as journal processing, accruals & prepayment processingWork closely with the Project Management team and vendors on the implementation
