 
        Department: Finance / AccountsReports to: CFOJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Administrator to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong IT skills, and experience with Irish financial practices. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant running of our financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Process accounts payable and receivable, including supplier invoices and customer paymentsReconcile bank statements, creditor and debtor ledgersPrepare and issue sales invoices, credit notes, and monthly statementsAssist with month-end and year-end accounts preparationMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing systemsProcess employee expenses and support payroll administrationLiaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to resolve queriesPrepare and file VAT returns and assist with other Revenue obligations (e.g., PAYE, RCT if applicable)Support the finance team with administrative tasks and ad hoc reportingRequirements:Proven experience in a similar finance or accounts administration role in IrelandStrong knowledge of basic accounting principles and Irish financial regulationsProficiency in accounting software such as SageExcellent MS Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, etc.)High level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organisational and time management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamRequired:Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business (e.g., IATI, part-qualified ACCA/ACA)Experience with Revenue Online Service (ROS), VAT returns, and other Irish compliance proceduresFamiliarity with payroll systems (e.g. Collsoft)What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to work in a supportive and professional environmentOngoing training and career development opportunitiesJob Type: Full-timePay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
