Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker with us, you will be working closely with our service users, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. You will be supporting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation and household chores, as well as assisting with community activities and outings.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient and understanding approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key responsibilities:
* Providing person-centred support to service users
* Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
* Working collaboratively with other team members
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues
