Product Development Specialist
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing support on a global basis for product development. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support product lifecycle management through effective change control processes
* Develop and execute testing protocols
* Communicate project updates and escalations to line management and stakeholders
* Conduct competitive product analysis and device compatibility testing
* Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve issues
* Design test equipment and validate test procedures
* Maintain robust design history files
You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required, preferably in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering. 3+ years' experience in medical device design or R&D is also necessary.
